About the Classes
Body Tone
Our bodytone classes use a blend of pilates, yoga and ballet techniques to strengthen and tone the body. We focus on improving core strength, posture, alignment, balance and control in a relaxed environment.
Pre-school / P1-3 Ballet, Tap, Jazz
Our Pre-school class is an introduction to many dance styles. Children learn the fundamental principles through movement games, songs, storytelling and creative dance. The class aims to increase co-ordination, spatial awareness, and encourage social interaction and confidence in a fun environment.
Tap
A fun, energetic dance style where children learn to make rhythmic noises with their feet. This enjoyable percussive dance style makes the dancer a musician.
Adult Tap (Beginners)
An introduction to Tap dance that will improve co-ordination and fitness.
Adult Tap (Advanced)
A popular class for more experienced Tap dancers. A challenging class with at least as much laughter as Tap dancing involved!
Jazz
This class builds flexibility and strength and explores a variety of styles from funky street jazz to slow lyrical jazz.
Cheerleading
A mix of hip-hop dance and athleticism. Cheerleading will improve fitness, flexibility and strength.
Hustle
Hustle is a class for boys only that explores a variety of dance styles including Jazz, Hip Hop, Tap and Capoeira. The focus is on building strength, improving fitness levels and co-ordination, and increasing confidence through performance.
